In 1898 the primary business of the “Marble Safety Axe Company” was the design and manufacture of axes. With an eye toward a unique and innovative new product Webster Marble made more than 18 models of his revolutionary “Marble’s safety axe” until he was satisfied with the strength and durability of the famous axe. Still in use today we offer the No. 5 and the No 6 safety axe as well as the No. 9 belt axe model. The new double bit Hunter’s Axe proudly carries on the tradition of more than 100 years of making and selling quality axes for serious woodsmen the world over. |
